Agnieszka Mazek

Born on 1 April 1976.

Graduate of the Faculty of Arts at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Made her Diploma at Professor Artur Popek’s Printmaking Studio. In 2010, obtained doctor’s degree in arts at her alma mater. Since 2015 assistant professor at the Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities.

In her works she combines etching and aquatint and also experiments with both techniques.

Her art is a visual diary of experience, sensations, responses to events, places, the people who she meets and reality, in which she lives.
